Product defects, non-conformities and damages
The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, is asked to check the status of the package and the products upon delivery. In the event of anomalies in the package (damaged or open box, etc.) or in the products ordered (missing, defective or damaged products), the Buyer or recipient of the Order must return the products to bykristy.it following the procedures described below .
The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, can, alternatively, contact bykristy.it by telephone to find out how to return the damaged, non-compliant or defective product(s) by calling the following number: +39 366 8737355
The procedure to follow in case of missing, damaged or defective product:
- contact cleofirenze.com via email at info@cleofirenze.com with the subject "Return/refund request"
- indicate order number, account name and reason (anomaly detected, etc.)
- if possible attach photos certifying any defects found
The bykristy.it customer service will respond to you as soon as possible, indicating how to proceed to return the goods.
Once the returned products have been received, bykristy.it will verify that these products are defective, damaged or do not correspond to the description provided on the site. If this verification is positive, cleofirenze.com will replace the defective, damaged or non-compliant product and send it to the Buyer as soon as possible. In any case, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the products. cleofirenze.com will fully cover the shipping costs.
If cleofirenze.com is not able to replace the products within the aforementioned period, it will immediately notify the Buyer. The site will reimburse the Buyer for the costs and shipping costs of such products if they provide proof of the cost incurred in returning the products.
Cleofirenze.com will refund the price using the methods chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
If, after examining the returned products, bykristy.it deems that they are not defective, damaged or do not conform to the description on the Site, the Buyer will not be entitled to obtain a refund. The products will be returned to the Buyer, who will have to pay any shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the purchase.
Please follow the procedure as described in the previous point of the information, in order to proceed with the return.
The costs and shipping costs of these products are entirely borne by the Buyer.
