Couriers used
Cleofirenze.com ships to Italy via Bartolini courier, to the EU via DpD network and to the rest of the world via FedEx. In the event that the Buyer has a partnership with its own courier, or if he considers using one other than ours for more advantageous rates or otherwise, he is free to use it.
In this case, please contact cleofirenze.com via email at infocleofirenze.com, indicating the order number and account name. We will remove the shipping costs from the total amount and provide the measurements and weight of the packages, with the collection address for the goods.
Order status
An order confirmation email will be sent after receipt of the order.
The Buyer will receive the tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status the day after the shipment departs.
The Buyer will be able to check the tracking via the link received.
Delivery Times
Shipments to Italy* will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the time of delivery to the courier.
Shipments to Europe will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of delivery to the courier.
Shipments outside Europe will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the time of delivery to the courier.
Please remember that delivery times are for indicative purposes only and, although they are usually respected, info@cleofirenze.com does not guarantee compliance with them.
If the goods are available immediately, they will be shipped the day after the order is placed. If the product is not available, it will take two to three working days to prepare the order.
*For deliveries in Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, in the smaller islands and in disadvantaged areas, delivery is expected one day longer than the indicative one indicated.
Delivery Method
The courier normally delivers from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday at street level and without notice. In the case of absence of the recipient, the courier leaves a notice to certify the delivery attempt. On the notice, the Buyer finds the courier's contact details to make an appointment for the second delivery attempt, or find out the address of the nearest branch.
If the Customer has not contacted the courier within three days of the first delivery attempt, the package will remain in storage with the courier for 30 days. If the Customer does not collect it even during the storage period, the product will be returned to cleofirenze.com and the contract will be considered terminated.
Delivery Address
The address specified when confirming the order is used as the delivery address. Please check that it is correct in all its parts to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery.
